I really wanted to be into Sana Jardin, honestly. The brand sounds lovely, and I liked the whole idea behind it, but when I went looking for clear details on where the ingredients actually come from, I just couldn’t find enough.

And for a company that talks so much about doing good, I expected the worker treatment and ethical sourcing stuff to be a bit more spelled out. Maybe I missed something, but without more solid proof, I don’t feel totally comfortable buying

Support did reply in the end, but it took longer than I expected?? I wasn’t really sure if my message had gone through at first...

I had an issue and felt like I was about to spiral into a tiny customer-service meltdown. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but support stuck with it and eventually got everything sorted out. Huge relief when it was finally fixed...

I really wanted to love this one because it smells so nice when I first put it on. It’s soft and pretty, and for a minute I was thinking I’d found a new favorite. But then it disappears on me after like two hours, even when I spray a little extra. Maybe it’s just my skin chemistry, or maybe I’m being too picky, but for the price I thought it would last longer. I’m not totally sure I’d buy it again.

My order from Sana Jardin showed up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was kind of underwhelming. The box felt a little flimsy, and one corner was already slightly crushed when it got to me, which is probably on whoever packed it that way.
Luckily nothing was damaged, but I definitely had that “uh oh” moment while opening it. For the price, I expected a bit more padding inside. Overall, not terrible, just average.

The glass feels sturdy, and I like the simple shape. It’s not overly flashy, which is a plus for me, and the cap is fine even if it doesn’t feel especially high-end. For home use or display, I’d be happy with it.

That said, it does pick up fingerprints more than I expected, and it feels a little chunky if I toss it in my bag. So I’d say it’s better as a nice-looking bottle to keep out rather than something super practical to carry around. Still, overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

I have sensitive skin, so I was a little hesitant to order a fragrance from sanajardin.com. A lot of scents can make my neck feel itchy or irritated, but this one didn’t cause any redness, rash, or that tight uncomfortable feeling, which was a huge relief.
